The Light

The Light is our exercise in balancing hops and malt as we prepare for our estate version of the beer, F.E. Pils, returning later this year with barley we recently planted on the ranch.

This batch takes the form of a German-Styler Pilsner. Crisp, dry, and refreshing, it’s brewed with German-grown ingredients—Weyermann Pilsner malt, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, and a classic lager yeast strain—an homage to the Old World Pilsners of Central and Northern Germany.

• Classically dry, refreshing finish
